Lonehill Village body corporate (The Owners/members) elect between 6 to 8 Trustees at the AGM to perform the functions required of the body corporate for the period of a year. The Trustees are asked to sign the Charter. Any Owner is eligible to be a Trustee. They are all volunteers and perform the function for no personal gain. The details of the functions, powers and duties of Trustees are contained in the accompanying documents.

Trustee’s Charter​
The objective of the Trustees of Lonehill Village Estate is to ensure that the Estate is one of the most desirable residential Estates to live in within the Northern Suburbs of Sandton offering a relaxing lifestyle through various amenities on site, contained within a secure environment and at a cost that is reasonable and offers value for money.

To achieve this, the trustees follow good governance and business principles to ensure the sustainability of the high living standards expected by all the stakeholders. When reaching decisions regarding the operations of the Estate and when implementing these decisions, the Trustees undertake to act with the utmost integrity and in the best interests of the owners of the Estate, while being cognizant of the interests of other stakeholders and all residents.
