The Gazebo – Middle Clubhouse
Available for rental by residents for exclusive private events, like birthdays, anniversaries, meetings, family reunions, etc.
Please Note: No parties with loud music or excessive noise are permitted due to the location of the clubhouse – right next to homes in the estate. Rules apply regarding times of use and noise levels. If rules are not adhered to, a penalty may be imposed.
There is a nominal fee for use and a deposit is required.
Included in the fee is sole use of the whole clubhouse area consisting of the hall, patio with benches, toilets, braai facilities, pool, grass surround, loungers, 2 tables and seating for 20, kitchen with fridge and microwave.
Upper Deck – Main Clubhouse
The lovely room and the open deck above the restaurant are available for special occasions, private parties (no loud music), private or romantic dinners, cocktails as well as meetings for up to ±30 persons.
There is a beautiful view over Lonehill all the way to Midrand from the patio. Just book with the restaurant and arrange for their services. Estate office approval may be required if there is a parking/noise issue to be considered. There is a bar counter and cupboards, several round glass tables with comfortable cane chairs on the open patio and a few comfortable settees inside. A 3.6m boardroom table with 10 chairs is available to rent for meetings
Playground- Main Clubhouse
You can have children’s parties on a part of the playground and bring your own umbrellas, inflatables and extension cords. You can partition off part of the play area for your use but please note that exclusivity of the whole area cannot be granted as this play facility must be available to the estate’s children at all times. For parties you must book and you can discuss your needs with the restaurant for delivery of food and drinks to the playground (their prices are very reasonable), or cater yourself.
Remember, please no glasses or glass bottles on the playground, in the interest of the safety of our children. You must clean up thoroughly afterwards, including papers, cigarette butts, plastic bottles, cans and any food or drink spillage on the surface which must be hosed off by you.
JUNGLE GYM: You can use the Jungle Gym for a party but you may not exclude other children from using the facility. You can set up tables under the little gazebo hut
