Main Clubhouse
Playground featuring:
– Large Jungle Gym with rubber surface for safety.
– Small tiled gazebo with benches in the shade, trees and grass.
– Rubberised play court with a good surface for hockey and other sports.
– A figure 8 rubber track for buddies, bicycles, skateboards and roller skates.
– Netball and basketball hoops that can be used by adults too.
Swimming Pool. The pool is fenced for safety. Children must be supervised at all times by an adult.
Tennis Court. Use of this facility is restricted to the playing of tennis to protect the expensive surface and nets. Proper rubber soled tennis shoes must be worn so as not to mark the surface. The keys are kept at the Guard House and play is free, including the lights (set on a timer). Drinks can be ordered from the restaurant or you can sit and relax after the game on the restaurant patio. Please no glass or food on the tennis court and no small children. The playing of other games is not permitted in the court area.

Wellness Centre
– Charcoal Pool with loungers.
– Patio with seating.
– Large eight-grid braai with benches.
– Play area next to the pool.
– Small Jungle Gym.
– Wooden benches and shady trees.
The wellness centre is available for all residents to use at all times and cannot be booked or reserved exclusively by anyone. As all residents have the right of use the area and you may not to dominate the facility to the detriment of others. The use of inflatables is not allowed due to likely damage to the grass. Always clean up thoroughly after use please and set the loungers in place, for the benefit of the next resident.

The adjoining rain water retention dam is the dog walking area where you can let your pet run freely under your supervision.
Gazebo – Middle Clubhouse
This is a compact and cozy clubhouse that is available for use by you at all times, unless it is reserved for a private party. No inflatables, etc. allowed due to the small size of the grassed area.

Mother and Tots Park
In Rue Sorbonne (intersection with Rue du Turenne – near the Sunset Blvd gate) there is a small park with benches for mothers with babies and toddlers. This is not for balls games. Please use the other play areas for older children.
