Notes:

1. A cash fee is payable to the Estate Management for the preparation and issuing of the ID card. Two ID photo’s must accompany this application.
2. Gym fees, which are payable in advance, are determined by the Trustees from time to time and will be advised by the Estate Manager.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Only the resident reflected in this application may make use of the gym and equipment.
2. No friends, visitors or other family members are allowed to use the gym.
3. Please report any damage or concerns regarding equipment or the condition of the gym to the Estate Manager and/or the Head Guard.
4. You take full responsibility for any equipment used by you and undertake to use it carefully and in the manner for which it is intended.
5. No equipment may be removed from the Gym at any time.
6. The Body Corporate may at any time change, remove or add equipment to the gym for any reason whatsoever.
7. Please ensure that the gym is securely locked at all times, especially when you leave the gym and that all windows are securely closed. Security is important!
8. The Body Corporate is not responsible or liable for any injury or damage sustained by the resident while using the gym and that you declare that you are medically fit to use the gym.
9. You will carry the ID card with you at all times in the gym and the Estate Manager / any security guard / any trustee or any other registered member of the gym may request to see the ID at any time. Failure to produce the ID card will mean that you will be
required to leave the gym immediately and hand over the key/tag used to gain access to the gym.
10. Should you wish to continue using the gym after expiry of this membership you must ensure that on or before the expiry date reflected on the ID card, you renew your membership and pay the appropriate fee.
11. If you breach any of these rules, including allowing non-members to use the gym or using the gym after expiry of your membership, the Body Corporate will bar you from future use of the gym.
