An Estate for Everyone
Our estate caters for everyone: singles starting in their first homes, couples growing together, new families with babies and toddlers, young children looking to have fun, teens looking for a place to hang out with their friends, families wanting to enjoy a day by the pool or in a park and older folk, wanting a quiet place to sit and read.
The Estate has a set of fair conduct rules that are strictly enforced, to ensure that everyone can enjoy the estate. Pets are permitted but must also adhere to the rules.

The Lonehill Village Estate Trustees work with the best teams available to ensure that the estate is well maintained, safe and secure and financially sound. None of this would be possible without the wonderful people who live in the estate and work together to make this the desirable estate that it is.

Facilities and Services
The Estate is complimented by a variety of facilities and services for the use of the residents. These facilities have grown with the Estate and are now our pride and joy! There are 3 clubhouses featuring swimming pools; several Jungle Gyms; a tennis court; a rubberised play court with soccer goals and cricket wickets, and a good surface for hockey and other sports. There is also a figure 8 rubber track for buddies and bicycles, skateboards and roller skates. Netball and basketball hoops; a dog walking area and park areas with wooden benches, loungers and shady trees complete the available outdoor facilities.
Our main clubhouse houses a Restaurant and Pizzeria overlooking a swimming pool and tennis court. The Wellness Centre clubhouse is home to a Gym, a Hair Salon and a Beauty Studio. The third clubhouse features a pool with braai facilities and is available to rent for private functions.
