Lonehill Village Lifestyle Estate is thoughtfully designed by JP Zietzman of Hub Architects and developed by Sumercon, as a low density sectional title estate with the feel of a real ‘French Provençal’ village theme. It is located at the end of The Straight drive, in the heart of Fourways/Pineslopes/Lonehill. It is also accessible from White Hills Blvd, off William Nicol Drive.

Its multi design 314 residential units are all located within walking distance of the Fourways commercial node, Lonehill and Montecasino. It offers all the convenience within a two kilometer radius that a new development area could offer, including over 300 shops, all the banks and almost 100 restaurants and fast food places plus offices and other places of employment yet retains a quiet rural air about it.

The towers, hipped roofs and gables combine into a picturesque whole that gives this estate its defined and remarkable village character. Arched windows create focus and accentuate the vertical proportions that have been used in strategic locations to break the perception that townhouses must be monotonous. ‘Romeo and Juliet’ balconies placed in off centered positions abutting roadways and green spaces have been carefully planned and help create interest on large wall surfaces. The use of dummy shutters and surrounds on selected windows adds to the image.

Multi-coloured tiled roofs with slight overhangs and corbelled details, and decorative crafted steel balustrades complement and enhance the theme that supports a special lifestyle.
